Pork in the oven
After the Maros XCO I was craving for some meat so I bought some pork. Pork is a very flavorful meat and if you add some veggies and put it in the oven it is very delicious. I used a couple of carrots, some green onion, garlic and a few whole pepperonis (chili). I seasoned the meat with salt and pepper and I had some leftover pasta sauce so I pored it on top. After the meat got tender I served it with some pasta. It was very delicious:

I've been cooking
I've been cooking again. This time I've made some ravioli. I bought the pasta already made so I only had to make the sauce. I boiled the pasta for about 15 minutes then I mixed up the sauce.
While the pasta was boiling I chopped up some garlic, chili, basil and parsley leaves. I poured some olive oil in the pan, added the tomato sauce, the garlic, the basil and the chili. I added some sugar and some wine also. After the sauce was boiling for a few minutes I tossed in the pasta.
Serve with some grated cheese and parley leaves, bon appetit!

Angry noodles recipe :)
This is the simplest pasta sauce recipe, and it is very delicious to. All you need is some peeled tomatoes (canned - if you have time you can make it yourself), garlic, basil, chili, chopped fresh parsley and basil. This is how i prepared it:
- I've heated some olive oil in a pan
- added the chopped garlic
- added the peeled tomatoes (break them up)
- seasoned with salt, pepper, basil and chili
- boil it for a few minutes
- cook some pasta
- put the sauce over the pasta, sprinkle the chopped parsley on top
I didn't have parsley at home so I used fresh garlic:
Bon Appétit!
