Movies to watch

Lately I've been watching movies online. It is easier then downloading them. There are a lot of sites were you can watch movie online and some of the older moves are on YouTube also.

Trail running

I don't really like running but I tried it. The Szasz Albert memorial race was organized last Saturday so I thought it would be interesting. For my category the race had two laps around the Zoo. The course was very hard because there were a lot of hills. The last climb was the hardest, very few people could run there, most of us just walked.

I started the race fast but at the half of the first lap my right shoulder started to hurt very much, I was lucky that the pain went away at the end of the lap. In the second lap I realized that it is very important to drink during the races, I was very thirsty, I was thinking of how nice it is to ride a bike and have water all the time... I passed a few guys and others passed me and I finished with a sprint almost catching somebody... 

It was a great experience I liked the course very much but riding bikes will remain my favorite sport :)

Food matters is a very special movie (like The secret) were some scientists present the truth that that is not out there, it is not good for business if all the people know the things presented in this movie...

Watch this movie and try to learn everything from it!

The hangover

I was sick for a few days so I finally got the chance to watch The hangover.



It's a very good movie, but (there is always a but :P) my favorite movie from last year is The ugly truth :)

Old dogs

Yesterday I saw an good movie. It wasn't very good but had some funny scenes. The movie was Old dogs. If you are bored I recommend this movie, at least you can see how fat Travolta got :)

Cougar Town

Yesterday I was looking for some new movies and I stumbled upon an interesting series, it is called Cougar Town. Last night I watched the first episode and I was lmao :D

A good movie :)

Last night I saw the movie Julie & Julia. It is a good movie, a nice comedy with a lot of food :D



Food is one of my hobbies, I love to eat food, I love to cook food and probably you will see food on this blog in the future :D

Blood preasure

Yesterday I bought a fan to make the riding on the trainer more pleasant. It is not the real thing but it's a bit better. Now I have to ride with glasses because the fan is set to maximum speed :)

Last night I measured my blood pressure and my pulse. After about 3 minutes my blood pressure was 210/100 and my pulse was 136. Then I was riding for about 20 minutes and I managed to get my pulse up to 166, and my blood pressure to 212/94. I'm sure that on a race day my pulse gets higher  :)
