Clean bike

Sunday I washed my bike, it was so clean only when I bought it.

Sunday I bought a heart rate measuring watch:

I tried it out on Sunday and my max heart rate was 182, and the average heart rate was 150. I tried it out yesterday at home on the trainer but there is so much interference in the room that the watch is useless, it stops after about a half a minute :))

Camper bike

Kevin Cyr, a painter and artist, has invented an unusual travel vehicle that is a fusion of elements from both the East and the West. Described as the Camper Bike, this unusual vehicle is inspired by both the American RV as well as the Chinese cargo-carrying tricycle.

The bicycle-pulled trailer was created in Beijing in April 2008 which was also the source of inspiration for the artist.

Trainer

Last night I finally got my trainer :D It is a Minoura M50  and it was ordered from here. It was very easy to mount so I tried it last night. I was sweating very much, like in a sauna. Now I know why they make training mats to protect the floor from sweat stains.
